Accommodations
Accommodations are NOT included in the registration fee. Contact DoubleTree Dallas Market Center directly at +1-214-741-7481 or by using the RESERVATION LINK to reserve your room at the negotiated rate of USD 129 plus taxes per night. Rates at the hotel are offered 3 days before and after the workshop, based on availability. You MUST identify yourself as a SOCIETY OF PETROLEUM ENGINEERS attendee or reference the group code SPG. After 28 February hotel reservations will be subject to availability at the prevailing rates, unless the block sells out before that date.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and requests for refunds must be received by SPE in writing on or before 14 February 2022 for refund of registration fees, less USD 75 administration fee. Send cancellation requests to registration@spe.org. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER 14 February.
Visa Information
Attendees from countries that require a US visa for entry are reminded that the process of obtaining a visa may take several months. Create an official SPE invitation letter that you can print and use in obtaining a visa. Please note that this letter does not guarantee that you will be granted a visa, nor does it commit SPE to assist you in obtaining a visa.
