Registration Fees
Standard
USD 350
Workshop fee includes technical sessions, released presentations, attendee list, continental breakfasts, lunches, coffee breaks, and receptions.
Accommodations
Accommodations are NOT included in the registration fee. View the Travel and Accommodations page to begin making your workshop plans.
Cancellation Policy
To receive a full refund less USD 75 administration fee, all cancellations must be received in writing no later than 25 July 2022. Cancellations made after 25 July will not be refunded. Send cancellation requests to registration@spe.org.
Visa Information
Attendees from countries that require a US visa for entry are reminded that the process of obtaining a visa may take several months. Create an official SPE invitation letter that you can print and use in obtaining a visa. Please note that this letter does not guarantee that you will be granted a visa, nor does it commit SPE to assist you in obtaining a visa.
Your Investment
Any income from this event will be invested back into SPE to support many other Society programs. When you attend an SPE event, you help provide even more opportunities for industry professionals to enhance their technical and professional competence. Scholarships, certification, the Distinguished Lecturer program and SPE’s energy education program, energy4me, are just a few examples that are supported by SPE.
