Conference registration includes technical sessions, breakfast, lunch, coffee breaks, and reception.

Refund Deadline

Cancellations and requests for refunds must be received by SPE in writing on or before 11 April 2023 for a refund of registration fees, less a CAD 75 administration fee. Send your request by email to CanadianRegistration@spe.org or by mail to SPE Canada Registration, 11th Floor, 606 Fourth Street SW, Calgary AB T2P 1T1 Canada. No refunds will be given after 11 April 2023.

Photography and Recording Policy

Unauthorized video/audio recording is expressly prohibited, whether by video, still/digital camera, mobile phone, or any other means of reproduction.

Consent to Use of Photographic Images

Attendance at or participation in SPE/CHOA meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to SPE and CHOA's use and distribution of the registrant’s image or voice in promoting future SPE/CHOA meetings in any way SPE/CHOA deems appropriate.

Please note: Many of the presentations are in the form of case studies, highlighting engineering achievements and lessons learned. In order to stimulate frank discussion, no proceedings are published and members of the press are not invited to attend.

Visa Information

Attendees from countries that require a Canadian visa for entry are reminded that the process of obtaining a visa may take several months. Create an official SPE invitation letter that you can print and use in obtaining a visa. Please note that this letter does not guarantee that you will be granted a visa, nor does it commit SPE to assist you in obtaining a visa.
