The SPE Virtual Career Pathways Fair 2023 connects you to industry professionals for advice to navigate your career paths, providing you with industry resources and one-to-one expertise.

The Virtual Career Pathways Fair (VCPF) gives students and young professionals an opportunity to network and meet with experienced O&G professionals from all over the world. Attendees will have the chance to take part in quick-fire mentoring sessions via chat or one-to-one videocalls to talk about the future of specific job roles as well as how you can prepare for them.
VCPF also has a series of keynote presentations, industry updates, and soft skill training aimed at getting students and young professionals ready for their next job in the industry.
This event runs over three days from 25–27 April and will have both live and recorded sessions at different times globally. Live features include one-to-one chats with professional members as well as live webinars and discussion forums.
All sessions will be available on-demand, for a limited time, to registered attendees after the event.

Interactive activities such as one-to-one advice from advisors, live webinars, and community discussion forums will only be available during these times.
On-Demand features, such as past webinars and career resource links, will be accessible for 30 days from 27 April. Attendees will be able to access on demand resources throughout this time.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
This meeting is particularly useful for students and young professionals (YPs) who are still determining what their career path will be. However, we welcomed all who wish to explore their career paths in this exciting industry.
More experienced industry professionals are also welcomed to join us as careers advisors and share their experience with those interested in a similar path. This can be achieved by applying via our League of Volunteers Webpage or by emailing us at yp@spe.org.
