 Refund Deadline

To receive a full refund, all cancellations must be received in writing no later than 13 July. Cancellations made after 13 July will not be refunded. Cancellations will be processed within 14 business days. Send cancellation requests to registration@spe.org, by fax to +1.866.460.3032 (domestic) or +1.972.852.9292 (international).

 Your Investment

Any income from this event will be invested back into SPE to support many other Society programs. When you attend an SPE event, you help provide even more opportunities for industry professionals to enhance their technical and professional competence. Scholarships, certification, the Distinguished Lecturer program and SPE’s energy education program, energy4me, are just a few examples that are supported by SPE.

Badge Pickup
Badges will be available for pick-up on-site at the registration desk.

Symposium registrants will be allowed one free badge reprint. A fee of USD 20 will be charged for additional badge reprints.
