Accommodations

Accommodations are NOT included in the registration fee. Contact La Fonda on the Plaza at 800-523-5002, Option #1 or 505-982-5511, Option #1 and refer to the group name 2023 SPE Near Wellbore Workshop or  the Group Code 1078644 OR CLICK HERE to reserve your room at the negotiated rate of USD 249 plus taxes per night. You MUST identify yourself as a 2023 SPE Near Wellbore Workshop Attendee. After 6 October, hotel reservations will be subject to availability at the prevailing rates, unless the block sells out before that date.

 Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and requests for refunds must be received by SPE in writing on or before 9 October 2023 for refund of registration fees, less USD 75 administration fee. Send cancellation requests to registration@spe.org. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER 9 October.

 Visa Information

Attendees from countries that require a US visa for entry are reminded that the process of obtaining a visa may take several months. Create an official SPE invitation letter that you can print and use in obtaining a visa. Please note that this letter does not guarantee that you will be granted a visa, nor does it commit SPE to assist you in obtaining a visa. 

 Badge Pickup

Badges will be available for pick-up on-site at the registration desk.
