The Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) and Geothermal Rising (GR) have developed a workshop to address mutual problems and solutions in the field of Geothermal and Oil & Gas drilling, completions and long-term production. Both industries have been borrowing tools and technologies from each other for decades, and this workshop has been designed as an opportunity to continue to examine possible solutions and delve into issues that have increased well costs and limited productivity.
