The Permian Basin Energy Conference is a new approach to technical knowledge-sharing focused on improving the development and performance of Permian Basin unconventional assets.
Operator case-studies, tested innovative technologies, and latest research findings were used to demonstrate how to:
- Make better wells
- Improve capital efficiency
- Increase recovery through the lifecycle of drilling, completion, and production
- Improve field-wide development performance
In addition, industry trends and global needs in oil and gas development were leveraged to emphasize opportunities to support energy transition.
Participants and contributors included operators, service companies, academics, liquids-rich/unconventionals engineers and geoscientists. The technical program included technical paper sessions, panel/round table discussions, keynote speakers, and group-related activities.
