21 Saudi Aramco Engineers Receive Certifications

Twenty-one Saudi Aramco engineers passed the SPE certification exam in December, during the largest session held at the company to date.

The requirements for SPE certification are an undergraduate degree from a recognized institution, and completion of an exam to measure one’s level of engineering fundamentals and the ability to solve practical engineering problems. The other requirements are at least 4 years of experience and training in engineering; SPE membership in good standing; and maintaining certification by completing 16 hours of continued professional development and education.
