Stauff’s anticorrosion technology clamps are designed to eliminate certain types of corrosion. The clamps use integrated anticorrosion strips and drainage channels to prevent the accumulation of seawater between the clamp and the pipe. The clamp body is made of flame-retardant polyphenylene vinylene plastic material, and the mounting hardware is made of stainless steel V4A with enhanced corrosion resistance. The clamps are suitable for continuous exposure to temperatures ranging from -13°F to 194°F, and they can be used in subsea and topside environments. Their body material has high ultraviolet stability and is resistant against seawater, rain, and oil. The clamps are available in most pipe diameter sizes ranging from ¼ in. to 1 in.
