Workshop fee includes technical sessions, released presentations, attendee list, CEUs, certificate of participation, welcome coffee, lunches, coffee breaks, and reception.
Accommodations
Accommodations are NOT included in the registration fee. The event will take place at the JW Marriott Hotel in Rio de Janeiro. The negotiated rate of R$ 754 plus taxes per night, inclusive of breakfast, the SPE Workshop. Rates at the hotel are offered 3 days before and after the workshop, based on availability. After 17 August hotel reservations will be subject to availability at the prevailing rates, unless the block sells out before that date. Visit the Marriott website for details and to book.
SPE has also appointed FollowUp Tours to assist with airport-hotel transfers and local tour reservations.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and requests for refunds must be received by SPE in writing on or before 10 August for refund of registration fees, less USD 75 administration fee. Send cancellation requests to registration@spe.org. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER 10 August.
Visa Information
Attendees from countries that require a visa for entry to Brazil are reminded that the process of obtaining a visa may take several months. Create an official SPE invitation letter that you can print and use in obtaining a visa. Please note that this letter does not guarantee that you will be granted a visa, nor does it commit SPE to assist you in obtaining a visa.
