Workshop fee includes technical sessions, panel session, released presentations, attendee list, welcome coffee, lunches, technology showcase, coffee breaks, and welcome reception.
Accommodations
Accommodations are NOT included in the registration fee. The event will take place at the Royal Torarica in Paramaribo, Suriname. The hotel can also assist with airport-hotel transfers.
Travel Tip: Consider booking a separate leg from Miami to Paramaribo when booking your trip.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and requests for refunds must be received by SPE in writing on or before 2 March for refund of registration fees, less USD 75 administration fee. Send cancellation requests to registration@spe.org. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER 23 March.
Visa Information
Attendees from countries that require a visa for entry to Suriname are reminded that the process of obtaining a visa may take several months. Create an official SPE invitation letter that you can print and use in obtaining a visa. Please note that this letter does not guarantee that you will be granted a visa, nor does it commit SPE to assist you in obtaining a visa.
