Registration Fees

Fee includes: Access to all sessions, coffee breaks, lunches, networking reception, certificate of attendance (digital), scribe report, photographs and presentations that we have permission to share.
Accommodation is NOT included in the registration fee.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• A processing fee of USD 150 (excluding VAT) will be charged for cancellations received up to 14 days prior to the first day of the event.  
• No refund on cancellations received 13 days prior to the first day of the event.
• No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

Visa Information

It is the delegate’s responsibility to obtain their own travel visa where applicable. SPE cannot issue visas, nor can we guarantee it will be obtained. An automated visa invitation letter link will be available in the confirmation email once delegate completes the registration.
