*Full conference registration includes admittance to the technical and panel sessions, exhibition, reception on the exhibition floor, coffee breaks, networking luncheons, a copy of the conference proceedings.
**University students must show a valid student ID to register. If you register online, you will have to show an ID when you pick up your badge on-site.
Accomodations
Accommodations are not included in the registration fee. More information will be available soon.
Refund Deadline
To receive a full refund, all cancellations must be received in writing no later than 15 May. Cancellations made after 15 May will not be refunded. Cancellations will be processed within 14 business days. Send cancellation requests to registration@spe.org, by fax to +1.866.460.3032 (domestic) or +1.972.852.9292 (international).
Your Investment
Any income from this event will be invested back into SPE to support many other Society programs. When you attend an SPE event, you help provide even more opportunities for industry professionals to enhance their technical and professional competence. Scholarships, certification, the Distinguished Lecturer program and SPE’s energy education program, energy4me, are just a few examples that are supported by SPE.
Consent to Use of Multimedia
Attendance at or participation in SPE meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to SPE’s use and distribution of the registrant’s image or voice in promoting future SPE meetings in any way SPE deems appropriate.
Badge Pickup
Badges will be available for pick-up on-site at the registration desk.
Conference registrants will be allowed one free badge reprint. A fee of USD 20 will be charged for additional badge reprints.
