Cancellation Policy
To receive a full refund less USD 75 administration fee, all cancellations must be received in writing no later than 16 October. Cancellations made after 16 October will not be refunded. Send cancellation requests to registration@spe.org.
Consent to use of multimedia
Attendance at or participation in SPE meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to SPE’s use and distribution of the registrant’s image or voice in promoting future SPE meetings in any way SPE deems appropriate.
