Accommodations are NOT included in the symposium registration fee. Discounted rates are available at The Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel during the symposium as well as pre and post weekends. The SPE Group Rate is now closed but you can can contact the hotel by phone to see if there are any SPE rooms still available. Please identify yourself as an SPE symposium or workshop attendee.

As of September 20th, hotel guests and day visitors over the age of 12 years of age must provide proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test to access all hotel restaurants, bars, spas, pools, retail and any meeting or event held on the property. Masks are mandatory in all indoor public spaces. PCR Testing Kits and Antigen Tests can be arranged in advance through the hotel if you have an American address. Canadian and International visitors can book an appointment through Alpine Medical Clinic in Banff.
