Instructor

None Connor O'Boyle has more than 5 years training individuals on proper thread inspection. Having worked for a prominent gauge manufacturer, Mr. O'Boyle has become proficient in selling, building and calibrating these individual thread element gauges. While working for the gauge manufacturer, he created and trained over 400 individuals across the U.S., South Korea, Vietnam, Malaysia and China. After leaving the gauge manufacturer, Mr. O'Boyle worked with the senior spec writers at API to create a new API accredited thread inspection course. API approved the two main courses for thread inspection, tubing & casing and rotary shouldered, on April 5th, 2019. He continues to develop new thread inspection courses while updating the courses as the specs change. Mr. O'Boyle is also on all committees and subcommittees for the specs covered in the courses provided by Gauge Training.
