Training Cancellation Policies
United States, Latin America and Caribbean, Canada
All cancellations must be received no later than 14 days prior to the course start date. Cancellations made after the 14-day window will not be refunded. Refunds will not be given due to no-show situations.
Training sessions attached to SPE conferences and workshops follow the cancellation policies stated on the event information page. Please check that page for specific cancellation information.
SPE reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule courses at will. Notification of changes will be made as quickly as possible; please keep this in mind when arranging travel, as SPE is not responsible for any fees charged for cancelling or changing travel arrangements.
We reserve the right to substitute course instructors as necessary.

In-Person
A processing fee of USD 150.00 will be charged for cancellations received thirty (30) days or more prior to the first day of the training course.
Registrations cancelled between fifteen (15) days to twenty-nine (29) days prior to the first day of the event will be refunded 25% of the registration fees.
Registrations cancelled fourteen (14) days or less prior to the first day of the training course will not be eligible for a refund.
Participants who fail to attend will not be eligible for a refund.

Virtual
A processing fee of USD 50.00 will be charged for cancellations received three (3) days before the training course date.
No refund for cancellations received within the two (2) days before the event date.
