SPE Africa
Regional Director Updates

Oghogho Effiom
Hello Everyone,
The year is certainly roaring by quickly. This April, there have been many SPE events in Africa, most notable is the Regional PetroBowl® qualifiers for the student chapters sponsored by the five Nigerian Sections. In May, the same event will take place in Ghana for the other student chapters in Africa. It promises to be an exciting time especially for the students and I will keep you posted on the results. The winners will be representing Africa at the Annual Technical Conference and Exhibition (ATCE) in San Antonio, Texas later this year.
